This ad got itself banned over its fake,photoshoped lashes! The ad featured the singer posing and showing off her eyes – with very plump lashes – but also, at the bottom, in small print said, “Lashes enhanced in post production.”“The rule is that… advertising has to be truthful, accurate and not misleading,” Andrea C. Levine, a lawyer who worked on the case, and the director of the National Advertising Division, told the newspaper. “What the picture says, the small type can’t take it away.” in other words, dont buy cheap covergirl, because if they have to use photoshop, it DOES NOT WORK!

with this weird and famous name comes consequences. recently, the couple found out that forms were being submitted asking for trademarks to the blue ivy name, all of them were turned down. the designer Joseph mbeh was one of the people asking and some other people asking for the rights to name their fragrance. the bottom line is.......they should of named their daughter a REAL name and not one from outer space :I

experts say that after viewing the video, that the whole scene was staged. “This is so phony,” Dr. Glass says. “First of all, if you look at the tape initially, she has heavy lower lid eye makeup. This makes it easy to smear and make for a good visual when she cries. Also, she has a folded up Kleenex in the middle of the scene ready to go for the upcoming tears.The tears initially have no liquid and she just scrunched up her face.”

But Kim does start to cry towards the end and even her voice rises like one would if you were upset!

“Kim is a bad actress. She is squinting her facial muscles and her vocal muscles are attached to her tongue and throat area which is why the pitch rises. But it is a monotone rise which indicates phoniness and is not appropriately inflected.”

Here are Dr. Glass’ six reasons why she believes Kim’s scene is fake:

• Heavy makeup under the eye.

• No emotion in her voice or tone.

• Incongruous movement with her tone and her words and body language.

• The all too ready, neatly folded up kleenex in her hand. Where it wasn’t there in previous scenes!

• The non-tears and scrunched crying face with no liquid in the beginning. Especially when she talks about ruining Kris life!

• The tears when she talks about her life at 30 with no marriage and children, that is the only thing that is real. But she is crying for herself not for Kris.

i think it looks legit.......but most reality shows are staged.....what do you think?

Death threats to Halle Berry cause her to want to move to France!

Halle is asking a judge for permission to move her and her daughter to France because of the recent death threats by a mentally unstable man that escaped from a mental institution. the man sent numerous of death threats to halle saying that he was going to "slit her throat." some people may think he is joking, but he probally isnt. not to long ago. he tried to get into madonas house and slit her throat only to get shot by her security guard.. this man has issues obviously and halle is DESPERATE to get the hell out of the U.S. i dont blame her...., that man scares me.!

Snooki and jwow's own show?!?

i was completely shocked too! but this rumor is true. snooki and jwow are having their own show. At first they wanted to film in Hoboken but the residents didn't want them quote"disturbing the safety and the quality of life" so, its gonna be filmed in jersey city BUT there are some rules that they have to follow. according to tmz, there has to be at least four cops stationed at the house and if there is any incident where more cops are needed to control any craziness they cause, they HAVE to pay the city back for any related cost . the new show is set to air on MTV in march. (lets all hope that the cops DON'T prevent any trouble.....it makes good TV  :D
